Luxxe Atelier provides design, production, fabrication, and installation services for retail, visual merchandising, and experiential environments. All services are subject to project scope, quotation, and written agreement.

2. Quotations & Payments

All quotations are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise.
Work begins only after written approval and/or advance payment.
Additional requests or variations will be billed separately.
Payment terms and schedules will be defined in the project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, drawings, and creative content produced by Luxxe Atelier remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use deliverables only for the intended project.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate project details and references
Supply necessary approvals or feedback on time
Ensure that all submitted assets are legally owned or licensed

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed responses.

5. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access
Copy website content for commercial use
Upload or distribute harmful files or data

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxxe Atelier is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses arising from misuse of our designs or installations
Delays caused by external vendors, shipping, or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the project agreement.

7. Third-Party Collaboration

We may work with approved suppliers or partners to fulfill parts of the project. All third-party work is coordinated and quality-checked to ensure consistency.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement due to:

Breach of terms
Non-payment
Force majeure
Mutual decision

Completed work up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
